  • Designed and built a cross-service event-notification system delivering asynchronous updates across three microservices, with strict per-landlord routing for tenant data isolation.
  • Built tenant onboarding and identity-verification integration connecting the AI agent to the core platform, including streaming uploads for large documents and full automated test coverage on production-critical paths.
  • Migrated the Trust Trade Service (Node.js) and Messenger Service (FastAPI) to NestJS, standardising the stack and improving maintainability across services.
  • Built the property-manager job-desk dashboard — a React interface for assigning repair tasks to vendors with real-time shortlist counts, distance-based filtering and AI-generated system analysis.

Worked on Team Propsion, a property management platform operating in the UK and Estonia that connects landlords, tenants, and staff on a single collaborative platform.

  • Developed LLM-integrated solutions on the Bot AI Service using LangChain to extract repair tasks and analyse vendor profiles, integrating the Google Maps API and web scraping.
  • Built pluggable multi-LLM-provider support (OpenAI, self-hosted Ollama), enabling model switching without code changes.
  • Built an AI-driven repair-classification feature that categorises maintenance requests, assigns priority levels and flags items needing photo verification.
  • Integrated vision-model support into the bot-service stack so tenants can attach photos to repair requests, with automated AI verification across cloud and self-hosted models.
  • Integrated the Telegram API with the Messenger Service (FastAPI) and connected REST APIs to the React frontend to deliver vendor repair contact end-to-end.
